๐๐ฎ ๐๐ค๐๐๐๐จ๐จ ๐ฝ๐ค๐๐ฎ – we spend so much time feeling like we are not enough, and at the same time, too much. Throughout our lives, we have received such a vast barrage of messages telling us we can never be enough and will never measure up. It is so, so exhausting.
This course is offered as a way to come into a new relationship with your body and the Divine Feminine within you. It will guide you through 5 modules of focused experientials, moving through the stages and phases of a life, and making room for your story to be honoured and held with loving compassion.

From this feedback, I began working to create these modules in ways that now can be experienced & embodied at home, on one’s own time! Not only can you work it into your schedule, you can take as much time as you need with the material to reflect and integrate the experience at your own pace 
The modules include a written handout, an audio recording of the guided meditation, an art experiential, and a journaling prompt to complete – PLUS, an opportunity to process the experience with me, via email/messenger (included), OR a video session at a special rate!

One of my favourite offerings is to guide humans to the Divine that lives within them. And for so many of us, this often is easier when focusing on coming into relationship with the Spiritual part of Self, versus the Earthly part of Self – our physical bodies. And yet, this too, is Divine.
Using a variation of the Goddess Study series, I offer this 5 module exploration into Falling in Love with your earthly, physical Goddess Body. In each module you will attune to different aspects of the Goddess and through visualization, guided meditation, art making and writing, you will explore your thoughts, feelings, and the wounds that you may carry. Within the Sacred Space that you are guided to create, you will explore grief, sorrow, joy, release, and celebration, holding space for your nuanced and individual lived experiences; all in effort to ultimately fall a little more in love with your Goddess Self.
