The Book – Shapeshifter

Shapeshifting Art Therapy is a pathway to healing, moving stuck places and old wounds that seem to never ‘go away’. I helped develop this way of using art therapy and spiritual traditional methods during my professional training, coming to know it intimately by following the pathway myself, through my own shadowed landscapes.

In my book, Shapeshifter, I tell the tale of how I traveled through this method of healing, of how it took me and I took it, and we ran together… I am open and honest about how deep the encounters take me, and the material may not be suitable to all readers – it contains sensitive material, including descriptions of sexual and psychological trauma, which may evoke strong responses from some readers. Readers’ discretion is advised.
