I love creating art. I have been using the creative process and my art as a pathway of healing and wellness since I was a young girl… it has consistently and generously allowed me a safe place to pour out the immense emotions that surge and engulf my inner world, giving me the gift of emptying, distance, and an opportunity to reflect. Art HOLDS.

My original paintings are created with acrylics; my collage art is created with found poetry & images from old magazines, newspapers, scrap & recycled papers, and my own photos. You can easily have these unique works of art for your very own via art prints, wood block prints, and journals!
PLUS I recently found a new medium – Wearables! I use images of my own paintings and artworks, as well as digital art and word art/poetry/quotes to create a variety of unique, one-of-a-kind artisan creations you can wear! ❤
