5 Week Online Art Therapy Group
October 15th – November 12th, 9am -11:30am MDT
(online)

~ My Grief Story… a 5 week, online art therapy group for those who have suffered deep loss and yet, haven’t had their story fully honoured.
Heartbreak touches every part of our lives when it comes. Nothing is the same after that moment. We walk a different Path than the moment before. And this story is often invisible, even to our closest people.
My Grief Story is a place for that story to be Seen, Witnessed, and Honoured ~ within a shared sacred space filled with compassion, understanding, and attunement. 🍂
This group is intended for those who have had a minimum of 6 months since the loss they suffered, and have readily available supports in place. All types of heartbreak are welcome: divorce, separation, displacement, death, mental illness, and more.
In this art therapy group, we will utilize the art processes of collage, art journaling, reflective writing, and black out poetry. At completion, each participant will take away an Art Journal Talisman that will hold their story in physical form.
Registrants will be sent a list of art supplies to gather; low cost, up- & re-cycled materials will be encouraged.
Limited to 9 spots. Waitlist will be contacted and given first opportunity to claim a spot. 🌻

Grief keeps the heart fluid and soft, which helps make compassion possible. Grief and love are sisters, woven together from the beginning. Their kindship reminds us there is no love that does not contain loss and no loss that is not a reminder of the love we carry for what we once held close.
